-Solved bug “First stealth trader is not on UGH”
-Clans can now accept newbies with rank under sergeant, if there is any yet, without considering the clan limit.
-”Donkey newbie” avatar removed and a new avatar race-based introduced

-Senate now rest in charge for 15 days
-After elections votes and candidates are cleaned and must be proposed and voted again.
-Senate is composed of minimum 5 elected with 3 votes each one.
-Buildings level limit introduced.
-Bounty of outlaw restored.
-Bounty of outlaw make score.
